Gimias it's an Open Source Framework that allows you to develop your own algorithms for solving advanced biomedical image computing and simulation prototypes for research and clinical applications. Your algorithms can be easily tested in a clinical environment using DICOM/PACS, medical imaging visualization, usable GUI and workflow navigation
In the workshop you will be able to learn or to practice:
|9:00 to 9:20||Welcome and Workshop presentation (20 min)|
|9:20 to 11:00||Build GIMIAS Framework (15 min)
Integrate a third party library (15 min)
Integrate a module (wrapper for third party or algorithm) (15 min)
Create a CommandLine and connect it with your third party /module (1 h)
|11:00 to 11:15||Coffee Break|
|11:15 to 13:00||Create a GIMIAS Plugin (1.45 h)|
