The Project cvREMOD presented its progress

Last February, the second General Assembly of the Project cvREMOD took place in UPF, Barcelona. In this assembly, more than 70 people of 19 entities presented their advances generated during the first year of the project. Several medical applications are being developed to improve the diagnostic and treatment of cardiovascular pathologies, which is one of the most common causes of death in the world today.

These applications are being validated in hospitals and are based on GIMIAS framework. GIMIAS provides a common platform to develop research algorithms from the different entities. These algorithms will be the basis of the clinical applications that can be evaluated in the clinical environment.
